Air conditioner very loud hard time sleeping the rest was fine.

Appreciated the place, had a very comfortable stay on our vacation. The rooms were outstanding and updated with a king bed. It had a super location - not very far from Bounce House. This hotel was set in a nice area.

Since you asked breakfast was terrible. First of all the restaurant was not staffed. No buffet. Went into an empty restaurant and was served by the chef. Really in all the places I have stayed this was the worst experience. It has changed my opinion of Holiday Inn. Couldn't even find a cup of coffee. There were no services at all. In addition I paid a premium rate for what I expected to be a premium stay. I was more like a Motel 6

i have stayed at alot of holiday inns as welll as holiday inn express to say i was disappointed is a understatement the pictures i saw online was not like what i saw there. the beds were so uncomfortable wall paper peeling off walls bathroom door handle was broke almost got locked in. way over priced very disappointed.

Fairly clean hotel with good and kind staff, good choice for shopping. Great and perfect location to Little Free Library🙂❤

Staff was rude. When I reserved I was assured a room on the first floor as I have a special needs child. Microwave and lamps did not work.

Enjoying movies on the tv while winding down was a nice touch, especially after a long day. We made great memories here, even with friends joining us!

My wife says that the cleanliness of the rooms needs significant improvement. More attention to pest control would really benefit families with children.

The mattress was great!

Found food and trash in the drawers, bathroom should have been cleaned better; cobwebs in corners of the ceilings

Staff Was Friendly

Phone in room didn't work and they couldn't fix it. Missing trash can's in room. Bar closed early and was in poor shape

The airconditioner was really loud and came on every 5 minutes throughout the night so nobody could sleep. We were in a non-smoking room but still on a smoking floor, which should have been posted on their site somewhere as it was pointless as we smelled smoke all night. It was gross.

The king suite was spacious and accommodated my family well. The location offered easy access to local attractions. I appreciated the attentive front desk staff during check-in.

The multiple charges to my card were frustrating and caused unnecessary stress.

Nice staff but room had too much dirt under the mattress for comfort.

Check in time a little to late room was not ready even at 6 had to request a new room.
